You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. A GriefShare support group has direction and purpose. You’ll get practical teaching and advice on grief-related topics. In the weekly video seminars, you’ll hear from counselors, other professionals, and people who have been through grief and have discovered healthy ways to cope. You’ll then join in a moderated sharing time to discuss the topics and how they apply to your life.

Manage your emotions
Know what’s “normal” in grief
Live day-to-day life without your loved one
Deal with insensitive comforters
Find peace in the midst of painful grief
