The Art of Leadership 2019: Innovation

Art of Leadership Mastering Ex_Banner

The Art of Leadership Conference provides the Greater Susquehanna Valley with an opportunity to receive high caliber leadership development in an environment that connects our community and builds relationships across businesses and organizations throughout Pennsylvania.

Our goal is to equip you to master the Art of Leadership, bring excellence to your daily practices, and shape new leaders that will grow your team and your community. You will hear from leaders both world-renowned and locally recognized. They will share their insights into the Art of Leadership and offer their most successful practices. The Art of Leadership Conference is live onsite at Christ Wesleyan Church and is for anyone who leads. Whether you are responsible for a large staff, provide services to clients, oversee a volunteer team, or are sensing a call to future leadership, The Art of Leadership will equip you to lead in new and dynamic ways.

Innovation: This Year’s Focus

Every business, organization, leader, and employee faces the challenge of Innovation. You work hard, are dedicated to completing the tasks at hand, and strive to see growth in your company, department, and projects, yet tasks seem to overwhelm our time and leave no margin for the next big idea. How do we create that margin? How do you lead others to being creative? What does it take to make sure that your work, services, and production remain relevant to the ever-changing world around us? This year, the Art of Leadership is focused on a conversation of Innovation. We want to equip you with thought, theory, practice, and tools that will support the creative effort of you and your team. We will address topics centered on personal growth for creativity, fostering a work culture that thinks outside the box, personal experience leading change within industry, interdisciplinary tools to incorporate in your daily practices, and preparing for the employees and clientele of the future. We are excited for you to join the conversation this year at the Art of Leadership.
