We grow with others by gathering throughout the week. God designed us to be a community with one another. Meeting in groups creates an encouraging atmosphere for growth and spiritual development.Connect Me
Life change happens best in the context of community. Healthy, vibrant groups equip, challenge and encourage for the spiritual journey–something everyone desires! In our fast-paced, ever-changing culture, there’s something life-changing about connecting with other Christ followers.
Rooted is the place to start when it comes to groups at CWC. Rooted is a 10-week group experience that asks thought-provoking questions about our faith and challenges each of us to take the next step in our spiritual walk no matter how big or small. Rooted is for new believers, non-believers, mature believers, and everything in between.
We all have struggles, but we don’t have to face them alone. Support Groups at CWC offer support and encouragement to help you along the way.
Cancer Hope Support Network
Share your experience as a cancer patient, survivor or care giver. We network cancer survivors with current patients to share our stories of hope and healing in Christ.
DivorceCare groups meet weekly to help you face the challenges of separation and divorce and move toward rebuilding your life. Each session has two distinct elements: a seminar with experts and a support group with focus.
You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. We care for people facing loss with a support group called GriefShare and a resource called Journey Through Grief. Journey Through Grief is a series of books sent at strategic intervals to help you through the grieving process. GriefShare is a 13-week support group, where friendly, caring people will walk alongside you through this difficult experience.
Financial Peace University
Practicing Dave Ramsey’s Biblical financial principles, CWC participants have paid off over $100,000 in debt! Joining this class provides the resources and accountability to help you discover the same kind of financial freedom.
Embrace Your Journey Caregivers Support Group
Caregivers are a blessing to those they serve, but they can often feel very alone. If you are a caregiver, be encouraged, and find support and strength with other caregivers in a support group.
Families Doing Time
While there are programs and resources to prisoners, there is another group, often unsupported, who experience the devastating effects of crime, but in a different sense. Families Doing Time (a program through Prison Ministry) offers support, encouragement, counseling, and help with basic needs to families, spouses, parents, and children who face the reality of a family member in prison.
Military Veterans Group
For military veterans from any branch of the service, this group meets on the third Thursday of each month for discussions and support.
