God has worked in incredible ways through His people at CWC for over 100 years! Today, we are privileged to be ministering at two campuses to over 1700 people in our services and God continues to build a vibrant, compassionate body of believers reaching our region. We don’t ever want to forget all He’s done for us, so here’s a glimpse from the past…

1913

Church created in Milton, PA

Attendance: 50

1921

Church building constructed
on South Front Street.

1960s

Church nearly closed due to small size
& unable to support a pastor.

1968

Reverend Russell "Pop" Davis
became pastor.
Church renamed
The Milton Wesleyan Church.

Attendance: 80

1972

Relocated to 363 Stamm Road in Milton,
renamed Christ Wesleyan Church,
& new sanctuary built.

1981

Arlie Davis joined as
Assistant Pastor.
Attendance: 205

1982

Meadowbrook Christian School
founded with Arlie Davis as Administrator.

1987

Educational building added
to meet the needs of
Meadowbrook Christian School

1989

Arlie Davis became Lead Pastor.
Attendance: 180

1992

Moved to two Sunday morning services
accommodate church size.
Attendance: 350

1996

Building addition
added to connect
sanctuary &
education building.
Attendance: 500+

1997

A third Sunday morning service was added.
Attendance: 670

1999

Family Life Center built
(new worship sanctuary & classrooms),
moved back to two services
on Sunday mornings.
Attendance: 860+

2011

Hispanic Ministries pastor hired
& launched Spanish Sunday services.

2012

New addition: The Well Coffee House,
Well Fit Gym, Well Read Bookstore,
Youth Center "The Outlet", & KidzWay Area

2014 - present

Attendance: 1500

2018

Adopted Sunbury campus
