In Worship Arts, we desire to emulate “Sharing the Light” through the avenues of music, technology, media, communication, and theatre. Our desire to do this comes from the understanding that each of us is created for a deep relationship with God, and to point others to Christ.
The church is not a building, but happens when we gather together. Each week, we offer worship experiences with a blend of modern and traditional styles that minister to the Lord and bless the people. We encourage attenders to make this part of their weekly schedule as their first step in spiritual growth.
Sunday: 9:00am, 10:45am, & 7:00pm
Sunday: 9:00 & 10:45am
Sunday: 9:15 & 11:00am
Each week during our Milton Campus 10:45am service on Sundays, we offer ASL interpretation from a fully certified interpreter. Reserved seating is available, and our Guest Services team is happy to help you find a seat. Simply stop by The Hub (our information desk) outside The Auditorium when you arrive.
One of the best ways we can express ourselves and use our talents in an artistic way is through music. When we use music to bring honor and praise to God, it becomes a form of worship. There are opportunities for all ages to share their gifts in music with choir, band, and orchestra.
The Celebration Choir is a passionate group of musicians who love to lift up God through vocal praise. Ages 16 and up are welcome to be involved. They sing regularly in Sunday services, and rehearse at 6:30pm on Wednesdays in the Prayer Chapel.
Instrumental music is important at CWC, and is a regular part of our experiences helping to lead people into worship. We include a variety of band and orchestral instruments in several different venues.
Soul Patrol Kids’ Choir
Soul Patrol, our children’s choir, is a great way to see kids learning to love music! They rehearse on Sundays at 10:45am in Room 234, and are open from age 5 to 5th grade. It is expected that children involved in the Soul Patrol rehearsal 2nd service attend KidzWay programming during the 9:00am service. Two check-in tags will be dispensed, and parents/guardians are required to transport their children to Room 234 between services. Children are picked up directly from Room 234. Soul Patrol sings once per month in the worship service, and performs two musicals each year.
Prayer is essential at CWC. Our prayer intercessors are available at the altars during Sunday services to pray one-on-one for the specific needs of those gathered. The Prayer Chapel (located just off the Auditorium foyer at the Milton Campus) is open 24/7 for anyone to come to pray. Need prayer support? Our prayer team prays for your requests throughout the week.
Theatre allows us to use the dramatic arts to promote God, show people who He is, and to bring Him glory.
Performing Arts on a Mission, and that mission is to share Christ with our world. Our desire is to offer the highest quality performances to audiences that are both affordable and family-friendly. With auditions open to all, we seek to provide an experience for cast and crew that is second to none. Every detail behind the scenes contributes to the facets of our worship experiences. Whether it’s sound or lighting, videos or print, web or graphics, all these areas reinforce making the message of Christ clear to everyone around us.
Sound, lighting, video, and staging opportunities can be found in nearly every physical space on our campuses. A dedicated group of staff and volunteers provide these services for worship, theatre productions, concerts, conferences, and many ministries at CWC.
Media, as a method of communication, is integral in sharing the Gospel at CWC. Through web, graphics, logos, videos, camera, and photography, we are able to spread the message of Jesus to our local and global community.
We’re always communicating. We desire to maximize our potential effectively through print, web, social media, and community advertising. After all, we have the most incredible message to share with our world!
