It is our prayer that every person who attends CWC would grow in their faith and make deep connection with others. As we walk through life together, there are intentional choices we make to accomplish that kind of growth and stability. We believe the following Life Steps aid us in good spiritual health.
GATHER: We worship by gathering together on Sundays.
GROW: We grow by gathering together throughout the week in smaller groups.
GIVE: We offer our time, talents and resources as we serve one another.
GO: We reach our world by inviting others to know Jesus.
Scripture says, “And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” (Heb. 10:25, NLT) We worship each Sunday together to draw strength and encouragement from community to empower us to share a message of hope with our world. It can be difficult to feel connected if you only attend large corporate worship gatherings. Being a part of a small group will not only bring greater connection, but provide people with whom everyday life can be experienced. Whether it’s to celebrate, mourn, carry each other’s burdens or to simply study God’s Word, groups at CWC offer a platform for meaningful spiritual growth. CWC Groups
Each of us has been designed with one or more spiritual gifts meant to be given to serve the local church. When we share our gifts and talents with others, we find joy in serving God with the gifts He’s equipped us. You can discover your spiritual gifts through our Next Steps class, Spiritual Gifts Discovery.
God commands us to go and share the love of Jesus with those in our world. That’s why our mission at CWC is “sharing the light of Jesus Christ with our world”. We pray for opportunities to reach others and that our eyes will be opened to those who need Him in our world. Our Mission
